Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations.
Processing Time
Our standard processing time is 2 business days. Customized products require 7–9 business days before shipping — we'll note this on the product page when it applies.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays or shipping errors once a package is in the carrier's hands.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates vary based on your location, order weight, and shipping speed, and are calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Customs processing can hold packages longer than the standard delivery estimate — this is outside our control and not something we can expedite.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a carrier confirms delivery, we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If your package appears to be missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help you look into it.
