At Hair by Kiitan, we want you to love your order. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any order — opened, unopened, used, or unused.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hairbykiitan@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right.

In-Store Pickup Orders
All in-store pickup orders are inspected and confirmed at the time of pickup. No returns or exchanges are accepted after the order has been picked up.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
